gp-pack (product family PaT, LDA, SiM etc) is a Group Policy Package that should only be applied to a test environment. It needs configuration and customization to fit individual customer needs. gp-pack PaT – Privacy and Telemetry is based on the Microsoft article: „Manage connections from Windows operating system components to Microsoft services“. gp-pack LDA is  based on the „Windows 10 investigation report“ from Bavarian Data Protection Authority for the Private Sector. gp-pack SiM is based on „SiM Windows 10“ from BSI.
Everyone is able to reproduce and create the content himself. The gp-pack family is built to save your time, to search and research the settings in GPEditor, to create the script for Apps-Removal and finding registry keys to disable Apps running in background or disable Suggested Apps and Content Delivery and to enable all settings yourself.
Be aware, the goal of gp-pack PaT and LDA is to disable sending any kind of data to Microsoft. It reduces functionality. This causes incompatibility in tools and leaves some of them unfunctional. The only reason, why the tools and Apps are switched off is because they send data. That does not mean, that these are not useful tools. They are sending data and that’s the criteria to switch them of. gp-pack SiM goal is to harden the configuration of Windows 10 and will aswell conflict with productive needs.

With the purchase of a gp-pack Version you do not get support in any kind of customization and configuration for free. Customization and configuration to fit your needs in your environment is a consulting service and not included in this package.

1.1 End User Licence Agreement
Important: Read this before using your copy of gp-pack products.

This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Gruppenrichtlinien.de for the gp-pack products (PaT/LDA/SiM, the PACKAGE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

The PACKAGE is the property of Gruppenrichtlinien.de and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The PACKAGE is sold AS IT IS.

You have certain rights and obligations as follow:

YOU MAY:

  1. Install and use the PACKAGE in one legal company. In one Single Domain of an Active Directory, in a single Work- or Homegroup.
  2. Customize and deploy your settings inside your environment (Active Directory, Work- or Homegroup) mentioned in 1.)

YOU MAY NOT:

  1. Copy and distribute the PACKAGE or any portion of it except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
  2.  Sublicense, rent, lease or transfer the PACKAGE or any portion of it.
  3. Copy, deploy or publish the documentation accompanying the PACKAGE.
  4. Upload or transmit the PACKAGE, or any portion thereof, to any electronic bulletin board, net-work, or other type of multi-use computer system regardless of purpose.
  5. Include the PACKAGE in any commercial products intended for manufacture, distribution,or sale.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The PACKAGE is supplied „AS IS“. Gruppenrichtlinien.de disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using this PACKAGE.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Gruppenrichtlinien.de assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of this PACKAGE, even if Gruppenrichtlinien.de has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund of the purchase price.

TERM
This license is effective from your date of purchase and shall remain in force until terminated. You may terminate the license and this agreement at any time by destroying the PACKAGE and its documentation, together with all copies in any form.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
The Company and/or our Licensors hold valid copyright in the PACKAGE. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a waiver of any rights under EU Copyright law or any other federal or state law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY AND SUPERCEDES ALL PROPOSALS OR PRIOR ENDORSEMENTS, ORAL OR WRIT-TEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY OR ANY REPRESENTA-TIVE OF THE COMPANY RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
